HOLPOSON® Wolverine

Antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent HOLPOSON® Wolverine is an organic biguanide polymer antibacterial finishing agent, suitable for all types of fibers, such as cotton, viscose, polyester, nylon and other natural, synthetic and blended fabrics. It can be applied to knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, and home textile products. This product can inhibit the following bacteria: Gram-positive, negative bacteria, microfungi and algae multiply to destroy the metabolic process of microorganisms, and stop the activity and growth of bacteria. The finishing of this product can prevent the odor caused by the reproduction of microorganisms, and make the textiles have a durable, fresh and hygienic feeling.

Usage：

First, weigh the antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent, stir and add water at the same time, and then dilute to the required concentration, and produce according to the following process:

1. Padding method：

Antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent: 20-40g/L, pH : about 6

rolling rate: 65-75%

Process: drying at 110°C, then setting at 150°C for 60~90 seconds

2.Impregnation method：

Antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent: 1-3% (o.w.f.), pH: about 6

Process: bath ratio 1:10, impregnation treatment at 20°C for 20-30 minutes, dehydration (liquid rate 60-1100%), drying

3. Spraying method

Prepare a solution of 50~60g/l  (preparing the corresponding required concentration according to the actual situation), spray it on the surface of the product to be treated, and air it naturally or dry it

Characteristics:

1. This product has antibacterial and deodorant ability, and has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

2. It has good compatibility with conventional softeners, and is suitable for padding, dipping, spraying and other processes.

3. This product is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, complies with REACH regulations and OEKO-TEX 100, and does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions.

4. Use cold or warm water (approximately 30 ~ 40°C) when dissolving materials to ensure good processing stability and antibacterial effect of the product.

5. However, if some additives such as fiber matting agent are used, the finishing effect will be reduced; or the structure of the fabric is too loose, which will also affect the antibacterial detection.

6. When using with other anionic additives, please confirm the compatibility and stability through preliminary samples.

Storage：

HOLPOSON® Wolverine Packaging: 25KG plastic drum, storage period is 12 months.

Store indoors to avoid high temperature and severe cold.
